All orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days following payment confirmation. Order Cut-Off Times
Orders placed before 5:00 PM MST on business days (Monday–Friday) will be processed the same day. Orders received after 5:00 PM MST, on weekends, or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Shipping Areas
Currently, SuppickCup ships exclusively to the continental United States. Deliveries do not include Hawaii, Alaska, U.S. territories, or military bases. We carefully select carriers and plan routes to ensure efficient delivery within eligible regions.
Estimated Delivery Time
The estimated delivery time is 15–20 business days, although delivery may vary depending on location, weather, or carrier schedules. Customers are encouraged to use the tracking number provided via email to monitor their shipment.
