2. No Service Fees
All eligible returns and exchanges are processed without service fees. SuppickCup covers the administrative handling costs to make your return or exchange as easy and worry-free as possible.
We do not charge a restocking fee.

3. Shipping Costs for Returns
If a return is caused by a defective item, shipping damage, or an error on our part, SuppickCup will cover the cost of return shipping. If a customer chooses to return an item for personal reasons such as a change of mind, the return shipping cost will be the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure the package is delivered safely.

4. Refund Processing
After receiving and inspecting the returned item, SuppickCup will process the refund within 5 days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Depending on your payment provider, it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account.

5. Exchange Policy
For exchange requests, replacement products will be shipped once the returned item has been received and inspected. If there is a price difference, SuppickCup will either issue a partial refund or request an additional payment. We advise confirming stock availability before requesting an exchange.

6. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive an item that is defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us immediately with photos and a brief description of the issue. SuppickCup will provide replacement or refund options at no additional cost to the customer.

Refunds are not accepted when the item has been used, washed, or damaged by the customer; the original packaging, tags, or accessories are missing; or the return request is made after the 30-day period.
